Allow us to introduce ourselves

I’m Jason Reynolds, the General Manager of The Drainage Store.

After graduating from Virginia Tech with a master’s degree in education, I taught 7th-grade shop class here in Fairfax County for 10 years. During my summers off as a school teacher, I started my own landscaping company specializing in the design and installation of landscaping and hardscaping for residential customers.

After years of working with homeowners all around Northern Virginia on their landscaping needs, I found myself designing and installing drainage, erosion and waterproofing solutions as well. This area has seen some dramatic weather events and water can have devastating effects on a home.

Knowing my experience and skill set for designing and installing drainage solutions and also running a company, the owner of The Drainage Store (Mark Lane) hired me to open the store and warehouse and run operations here to help everyone who was in the situation I was in.

After the historic rain fall in 2019, Mark and I knew there was a demand for contractors and homeowners to be able to find all of the drainage parts and products necessary to help remove water from their properties in one place so here we are to help!

The Drainage Store is the first store inside the beltway to offer a line of drainage and waterproofing products in one place that would normally force you to shop at multiple stores to find all of the parts and supplies to finish your project (or your entire day of projects).
